My 15" iMac with OSX 10.4.4 no longer shows icons on files I save in
apps. Did it in Text-Edit, no icon, just blank white. Same in
InDesign. This feels dreadfully wrong; they retain the information
about which app opens them but they do not show it.
What do I do?
