Thank you all for the suggestions. I doubt the thunderstorms are hurting it
as it is usually unplugged. I am wondering if maybe it shouldn't be
unplugged all the time as it needs that trickle of power.

There is a small TV near it, but that is not even plugged in. Still, I will
try moving it.
