This issue could be taken care of easily by installing this content
filter: http://www.intego.com/contentbarrier/. The content filter has
a list of sites to block based on the parents selection of what
content is not acceptable but it also goes a step further and
dynamically blocks content not on the list by analyzing images and
words on the website. Thus when configured properly not only does the
site prevent accessing any porn sites, but it can also be configured
to prohibit the use of any and all web based proxies thanks to the
dynamic filtering. I'm not in anyway affiliated with the company, I'm
just really happy with the product. I've used it myself and it is
extremely easy to use it to completely block out any inappropriate
websites because unlike many other products it is not limited by
filtering simply by a url list, it goes far beyond that ...well worth
the money.
