You can try the LEM Swap group, I bought two 512 mb memory sticks
(PC133 SDRAM) there to bring my G3 up to 1 gb. Prices were good. It
is very easy to add RAM, there is a trap door that opens to reveal
the two memory slots. 1gb is the maximum RAM for the G3 iMac. I
also added a DVD drive to replace the CDROM which was flaky and
upgraded to an 80gb drive which I also got from the LEMSwap group.
Now it runs Tiger well and OS9 is very fast.
