Prices were good. It is very easy to add RAM, there is a trap door that opens to reveal the two memory slots. 1gb is the maximum RAM for the G3 iMac. I also added a DVD drive to replace the CDROM which was flaky and upgraded to an 80gb drive which I also got from the LEMSwap group. Now it runs Tiger well and OS9 is very fast. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to Low End Mac's iMac List, a group for those using G3, G4, G5, and Intel Core iMacs as well as Apple eMacs.
