I use <http://www.datamemorysystems.com>

They may not be the cheapest going, but in > 8 years of doing business  
with them I've NEVER had a problem getting the right memory in working  
order. VERY highly recommended. Current price is $31 each for 512 meg  
PC100 SDRAM, CL2 DIMM.

If yours didn't have 16 chips on 'em they weren't low density.
