I'd reccommend atleast 512mb of ram, but I run 10.4 on my Tray loader at 266, and it isn't too bad (granted, I installed it on a slot loader, because of the ram limitations, but upgraded the ram to 512mb anyways) Make sure you've got your firmware updated
