Well, here's how it goes. If you have anything after Mac OS X 10.2.8, you
will have support for 128GB HD's on any machine that supports it. Depending
on your version of the iMac G4, anything 1GHz and below will not support a
128GB HDD or larger. However, if you have any machine that is capable of
running OS X 10.2.8 or later, regardless of type of Mac, you're in luck.

Go to: http://www.speedtools.com/ATA6
and it will unlock the 128GB limit on any mac you desire. It costs $25, and
takes only a minute to install, but it's money well spent because with one
copy you can install it on as many machines as you'd like.
