Sorry Fred, I read g5 and it's i5, disregard my previous post. I am currently working on turning a PowerBook Intel dual core to dual boot with MacOS, and the first challenges are with firmware loaders. To date, I haven't been able to boot any Linux on it (tried Mint,Ubuntu and fedora 16).
