Hi Bill, Even though you haven't stated if he has the T.V. software installed, it sounds like Team Viewer is not supporting 10.5 anymore. I'd reach out to the T.V. support directly and query them about it. Team Viewer Support <https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/support/>
