I found most of my information from writing to companies, book stores
included barnesandnoble.com
Amazon.com
I also found Business and Marketing journals extremely useful, as they
created a good grounding for debate.
I also found Internet statistics of use as well, you can find thes from
the NUA surveys website, and from there they'll give you a list of
further resources you may find useful
I recommend you strongly that you contact Amazon.com and arrange an
interview, as i see you are focusing mainly on that topic area.
