We recently restructured the ImageJ2 project in preparation for the initial
2.0.0 release this June, and the automatic Javadoc generation was not
updated to match.
I have now taken some steps to update it, so the ImageJ2 javadocs are now
available at:
http://jenkins.imagej.net/job/ImageJ-javadoc/javadoc/
That still does not include every single class, but does include all of the
core ImageJ2 and SciJava Common API.
When I have some time later, I'll update that link to aggregate even more
projects into a single unified Javadoc [1].
