Problem:
Use file | open to open a test file. Track the opening progress by watching
the progress bar on right of IJ2 window. Note that the bar only partially
populates and then never resets or disappears to indicate completion. This is
a somewhat
sporatic behavior. Occasionally the bar will appear empty at the end; but
occasionally it will be 10 - 50% complete at end.
