I need to align some RGB images so that the red and green fluorescent channels are correctly positioned. There is a reproducible 3 pixel shift between the two channels coming from my microscope filters, so the automatic alignment algorithms are overkill. I think I did this in the past with Gabriel Landini's Align RGB plugin, but I get Java errors when I try to run it. Is there a simple way to accomplish this without the plugin or a way to get the plugin to work? Thanks- Dave
