In Zen Blue on the Zeiss Axioimager we acquired tiled images with the
intention of averaging the individual images to use as a shading correct.
The problem is that when we open the .czi file in ImageJ we have a single image
- even when "stitching" is turned off in the Zen acquisition settings.
The single image is shown with the individual images overlapped but the file
size indicates that the full dataset is present, the file is smaller if the
images are stitched during acquisition.

How can we access the individual images

We could acquire the tile with the overlap set to zero and cut up the single
image, but then we cannot stitch the images later.
