We would like to have access to the raw power spectrum before contrast is
applied and it is converted to 8 bits.
We would like to use the following code based on recording from the GUI, but it
does not work because when run from a macro, the "PS of" image is not created.
selectImage("synthetic stack gaussian1.tif");
run("FFT Options...", "raw");
run("FFT");
selectImage("PS of synthetic stack gaussian1.tif"); // error thrown here
because window doesn't exist
close("FFT of*");
We are using version 1.54q14 with Java 1.8.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
