Dear Philippe and list members,

Happy New year to all!

If you look in the List option in the ROI Manager menu you will see that for
the Draw item the Y value falls outside your image. If you create a larger
image, the Draw ROI is displayed.

Strangely, if I select the "Draw" ROI (this only works when Show All is
deselected) using your image size, it is displayed at a different position than
the X,Y in the list and if I Add it to the ROI Manager again I get a second
"Draw" ROI (in the Zip file named Draw-1.roi when saved) which now is displayed
using Show All. Inspecting both Draw ROIs using List of the ROI Managers menu
the X and Y of both Draw ROIs is different. No idea how this is possible.

Best wishes
Kees

Subject: Some small issues to well start the year

***CAUTION:*** This email was sent from an EXTERNAL source. Think before

Dear all,
I wish you all the best for this new year, especially a good health!
Please consider the small macro below:
        url = "http://punias.free.fr/RoiSet.zip";;
        newImage("Untitled", "8-bit black", 632, 632, 1);
        open(url);
        roiManager("Open", url);
        roiManager("Show All");
First it is obviously impossible to directly open a RoiManager file from an url
(line 3 and 4 generating errors).
Now let's admit you download the "RoiSet.zip" by other means and import the
file, the "Draw" ROI isn't displayed when checking the Show_All checkbox as all
the 3 other ROIs within the file are correctly been displayed.
Looking at the "Draw" ROI properties I don't understand the issue, considering
especially that I had obtained this "Draw" ROI from a Drag&Drop of a .zip file
that contained only that ROI as a single .roi element.
Thanks a lot in advance for your help and ideas on this.
My best regards,
Philippe
