If you look in the List option in the ROI Manager menu you will see that for the Draw item the Y value falls outside your image. If you create a larger image, the Draw ROI is displayed. Strangely, if I select the "Draw" ROI (this only works when Show All is deselected) using your image size, it is displayed at a different position than the X,Y in the list and if I Add it to the ROI Manager again I get a second "Draw" ROI (in the Zip file named Draw-1.roi when saved) which now is displayed using Show All. Inspecting both Draw ROIs using List of the ROI Managers menu the X and Y of both Draw ROIs is different. No idea how this is possible. Now let's admit you download the "RoiSet.zip" by other means and import the file, the "Draw" ROI isn't displayed when checking the Show_All checkbox as all the 3 other ROIs within the file are correctly been displayed. Looking at the "Draw" ROI properties I don't understand the issue, considering especially that I had obtained this "Draw" ROI from a Drag&Drop of a .zip file that contained only that ROI as a single .roi element.
