Touptek <https://www.touptekphotonics.com/>make a large range of cameras for microscopy, astronomy etc but I didn't find much about running them from imageJ, except a passing reference to MicroManager (where they are not listed?).
With the help of another thread on this forum last month (many thanks) I coded an imageJ macro tool https://neutronoptics.com/soft/ImageJforSharpCap.pdf to run Touptek cameras via the popular imaging application SharpCap. But Touptek has an SDK that includes simple example code in Java and Python <https://touptek-astro.com/downloads/?atfWidgetNav=box_sdk>, and I suppose it should be possible to run this code directly from imageJ without going via SharpCap. As a scientist and only an amateur coder, I don't know where to start, or even if someone else has already done something similar as an example ? Kind regards, Alan. *_______________________________* Dr Alan Hewat, NeutronOptics Grenoble, FRANCE (from computer) [email protected] +33.476984168 VAT:FR79499450856 http://NeutronOptics.com/hewat <http://neutronoptics.com/hewat> _______________________________ -- ImageJ mailing list: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/list.html
