That's how IMail works with IP-less virtual domains...
the primary domain's login page is displayed until a successful (or
unsuccessful) login to a virtual, at which time the virtual's custom templates
(if present) are used.
Our next version of templates have a Javascript
workaround to this issue... until then, make your primary domain's login page
rather generic, so your virtual customers won't even realize they're on the
wrong domain. Either that or give all your virtual domains their own IP
number.
