I yanked it out myself. So if there was an easy way to do it that
would be great.
As for the other chores -
we wrote something inhouse and were going to clean it up and
make it generic but haven't had the time
it checks disk usage
last time logged in
last time pop3 access
avg daily # emails - in and out
avg daily mb of mail - in and out
it also disables accounts that have been over our disk quota for 3
weeks - and closes accounts that have been inacitve for 60 days
and/or not been access by the web in 60 days. It sends 3 warning
emails for each reason for closure before the accounts are closed.
We could have it write out a file that people could use anyway they
want that would list the above stats for each user. Would this be
useful?
The auto closing etc currently only works with a system using
imail's database but since we are moving to odbc soon - so will this
system. It's real nice as it is an easy way to really get a feel for
your different users - something we found lacking in Imail.
