Not an HKSI error, I believe. But thought I would let others know we found a strange
bug today with one of our clients.

If the client uses the web-interface to send mail, and has the "Save copy of outgoing
mail in Sent folder" set to Yes in the preferences, and has forwarding enabled. A
copy of the message is not saved in the send folder, instead it is forwarded just like
any other message being received and therefore the user ends up getting a copy of the
outgoing message at their e-mail address it was forwarded to.

Now, this might be intentional. Who knows. But, our client didn't like it that way.
So, I made this workaround...

I disabled the forwarding, created a processing rule FROM their username to move to
Sent, and anything else "*" to be moved to a new folder called "Received". Then, I
made an autoresponder on "Received" to forward to his e-mail address. Then, I had to
manually go onto the server and delete the Received.inf file (which contained the
autoresponder message), because he did not want an autoresponse sent.

The above work-around works great until the client wants to change their forwarding
address. If they goes in to the autoresponder and just attempt to change the
forwarding, since there is no autoresponder message iMail assumes it should be
deleted. In other words, to change the forwarding we, the admin, have to do it for
them.
