Yes, you *can* get rid of the top left (logo) and top right (banner)
frame by editing the frameset page, but perhaps it'd be better just to
come up with custom html content for the top right frame... perhaps
links back to your site or something. It doesn't have to rotate like a
banner. Maybe we'll offer a secondary frameset page that would come
pre-edited to not include those top two frames.
