Actually, we've been working hard on allowing apostrophe's in the new v2 templates (go to http://killerwebmail.com:8383 and you'll see you can create a folder with an apostrophe), and we'll be using the same rather involved Javascript tricks in the next version of the frameless templates, so apostrophe's no longer throw errors there, either.

My wife kept getting javascript errors when she tried to use the web messaging templates to get her email. I verified it was her account and found that she had named a folder with a single quote in it (Customers' Complaints).
 
Is there anything that can be done to take this into account? I know it cannot be completely squashed (someone could name a folder <script language=javascript...... ) you get the idea.
 
but could we urlencode the names before writing them to the page? Not sure if this would be in your templates, or if it would need to be in the stuff Ipswitch made.
