Many labels are in separate language files (includes, actually), so you
can easily re-name the 4 default folders (Main,Sent,Deleted, and Draft),
and the 4 top buttons, and most of the action buttons. There are tons of
other labels that we haven't yet made "translatable", just because
that's a tremendous amount of work, but we will over time make it all
translatable.
