Can't help you there, as there are a multitude of variables at play: the
client's browser, the sender's email client, the file type, the encoding
method, etc. etc. IMail's web msg service doesn't handle all combinations
perfectly, but they handle most. Ask Ipswitch if they've got a solution for
your particular combination.

As the ReadMe file suggests, edit the commonaddressbook.cgi file.
