Ron,
I spoke with the Ipswitch people @ the Atlanta Interop. They said that In
Febuary they will be releasing a totaly revised version of Imail. It will
improve on the controls (6.0 lost ability over the 5.0) and the web mail
templates will be bountifull. There will be improved ability on the web mail
as well as speed improvement in the web mail page loads.
How will this impact your templates? I realize that you cannot answer this
question without having knowledge about the new version but if Ipswitch
drasticly changes the web mail portion of it's product it could affect your
templates.
I have not decided to upgrade to the KillerWebmail temps yet based mainly on
modem load times. Customers who use our system work at the Cape and many of
the lager companys (Grumman, Harris, ect..) are very paticular about speed.
All that I have asked to demo your site said they like the layout but the
load time was unberable.
I belive you have the right ideas I just wonder how much change Ipsitch will
impliment.
