That's the standard method to serve favicons, but it doesn't work with
IMail's web server... wrong headers on the file.
So, we link to it, from whatever "real" webserver you choose. I would NOT
recommend putting in your web root, or it will be served for all your
websites off that root... probably not what you had in mind.
Remember, it only works with IE5+, and yes, IE's cache will fool you.
Sometimes you have to stop and restart IE to see the icon.
