We've had the occasional failure of the auto-unsubscribe feature. If you're
having trouble unsubscribing, please try these steps:
1. Give your initial try from http://hksi.net/lists at least 5-6 hours to
take effect... our mail spool is sometimes quite large, and there may be
messages spooled up that will still be delivered to you, even after you're
unsubscribed.
2. Make SURE you're replying to the confirmation mail with the SAME address
you're subscribed under. You're all email admins here, so I hope I don't
have to tell you how common that mistake is.
3. Send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe imail" as the only
content in the body of the message, again with the same address you used
when subscribing or purchasing.
4. Finally, if all else fails, send an email to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and
ask to be removed manually. And it helps if you tell us what address(es)
you're likely to be subscribed under.*
