Ken,

You did exactly the right thing. Along with our easier method to set the
default color theme, the system is now a bit pickier about having ALL the
colors set in the values. A few of the themes in our distributed
config_StyleSelections.cgi file do not have the above two values, and
therein lies the problem. I'm attaching the updated file to this message to
save everyone the trouble... just replace your own file with this one,
unless you've made your own color themes, in which case you should merge the
changes.
