Custom code. We use ColdFusion, Ipswitch uses Perl. Their Perl solution is
free on their site, but tough to get working. We don't currently have plans
to distribute our CF code.

Possible, yes, with custom coding of the ASP. Just send a properly formatted
email to your list server.
