Matt,
Please give more specifics: was the domain a primary, a virtual with IP, or
a virtual w/o IP? Was the user a Host admin, or a System admin?
That error is coming from IMail, in that it is erroring on the tag. Make
sure all your paths are set correctly: Check your web directory path at
IMail Admin | localhost | Web Messaging Service, and also your Top Directory
path to each domain (click on the domain, then the General Tab on the
right). Make SURE there are no trailing slashes.
