It sounds to me like maybe all the settings didn't get migrated over
properly. (or permissions)
Can you give us a break down of what you did to do the migration? Or just
start a thread offlist with me. We'll figure it out... :) (Pssst. Anyone got
a sledgehammer? :) )

Thanks, but thats not it. You see what I did was switch off the old machine,
and then setup the old machines Ip addresses on the new box....
Any other ideas?

It sounds to me like the new server is not getting the mail by default,
perhaps dns is still sending to the old server? Then when you check with
outlook the mailboxes are empty. When you log in to web it forces the check
of the old server where the mail actually is sitting, and brings it over to
the new for outlook to see.
I'm definately not an expert but perhaps you have two mx entries for this
domain and only changed one of them? Don't even know if that makes sense or
not. Or the mx changes haven't taken effect or something like that?
