Hi,
Quite frankly if you purchase the templates from the www.hksi.com its worth
it. In fact I may be out of line here, but most of the people from this list
I'm sure would agree that Ron from HKSI gives the best support for the
product!
In short imail in my oppinion is about the best...well for the purpose of
web mail interfaces.....however without the templates from HKSI you will
have a lot to be desired....GET THE PRODUCT AND THE TEMPLATES....
Then you have A KILLER WEB MAIL solution (Ron parden the pun here:-) )
Kind Regards
Neil Solomon

Hey All:
I'm in the process of evauluating NT mail servers and was wondering if any
of you would care to comment on the pros and cons of the IMail product. It
is one of about 3 packages I have my eye on and would love to hear of your
experiences.

That's either a bad install, a bad configuration (is the DNS you're pointing
to correct? use an IP number so it doesn't have to resolve), or most likely
a corrupted message locking things up.
How many messages are in queue? How many smtp32 processes are in action? Use
the queue viewer, and do a Send All several times. If the number doesn't go
down, move all the files out of the spool directory, restart the server,
then move them back into the spool directory in groups of 50 or so, waiting
for them to process. If you find a group that locks up, then the bad message
is there somewhere. Yes, this is a tedious process. There are no shortcuts,
except for deleting the entire queue.
