I would set it up as a moderated list and only let you or the other people
you deem worthy of posting, to have posting privileges. Or you could go into
the advanced tab and tell it to reply to sender rather than the list. Either
way should get your needs met.

How do we prevent people on the list from getting an email when someone hits
