The Killer templates allow apostrophes, and don't throw errors with them
(don't even ask how much work that took).
The Classic templates will allow the creation of a folder with an
apostrophe, but right above the folder name entry field is the text "No
special characters or apostrophes are allowed in the folder name." We'll try
to add JS validation on that field to prevent scoff-laws from doing it
anyway. :)
