If users are able to modify their LDAP info, in their Options they can go under
change my User Info and modify their reply to: address. This is the only
solution i have found to this, although, we named our primary host
mail.jadeinc.com instead of ns.jadeinc.com as it is not a DNS server.
Try setting the host as mail.domain.com instead of NS.
