Both those items are features of our Killer templates, so it is possible,
but will require significant re-coding of the Classic templates.

No, we cannot control which page gets shown after a delete... that comes
from IMail's web messaging service. Killer's message list makes this a moot
point, since the current page stays put in its own frame when you delete a
message.
