Yes. Put a Web directory in each of the other domains' directories, and
inside that Web directory put just the custom config files. IMail looks
there first for templates, and if it doesn't find one, defaults to the
primary host's web directory.

Sure. Just delete all the options from the config_StyleSheetSelections.cgi
file.
