The domain wich host all of our corporate accounts have the following
problem when i apply the tip from IpSwitch

When i change the registry records, and after i restart the SMTP service no
accounts are present in Imail manager and not accesible. Only the aliases
are found in Imail admin.

Do you know what's the problem with this host ?

This domain is the most important bacause all users have settings, mails
stored, autoresponder, etc....

Thanks,
David

That's correct. You need an MX record for "domain.com", and also an MX
record for "NW.domain.com" or "mail.domain.com".
