Just do a browser redirect to a page saying you must download IE
for all the 1.98% of netscape users.
I must admit if you were selling this software to either netscape
or Internet explorer, saying that the population of users v's
browsers. I would definately sell the product for IE users.
Because there are more and more people using it.
My website is not compatible with netscape, so I just take them to
microsofts download site.
