IMail only allows one admin to be working on a domain's aliases, or users,
or lists, at a time. Could it be that more than 1 admin are working
simultaneously? Or that one admin is working from two browser sessions
(which is the same thing as far as IMail is concerned)? For example, if an
admin makes changes to a list or alias, then leaves his browser open and his
web messaging session active, she will not be able to login from another
computer or another browser and continue making changes.
