Sheesh. :) What kind of company only communicates with themselves? Where
does their money come from?

Anyway, one method of doing this with the web interface would be using a
common address book with all the staff's addresses, then making the To, CC,
and BCC fields hidden (or uneditable) and removing the ability for them to
store personal addresses. That in effect would limit their mail to
recipients in the common list. A knowledge of JavaScript and HTML will be
necessary... you'll be editing the sendmail, draft, replymsg1, and
fwdmsg1.html files.
