Hello,
I am looking into using the new Microsoft Website Provisioning Tool. This
was developed in conjunction with Interland and offers web site creation in
a matter of minutes [so they say] and also offers a control panel for end
users. We have been working on the development of a series of scripts that
will streamline and automate this tedious process, but have not had the time
to complete the project.
This product is not supported by Microsoft ... like that is anything new :~)

There adsi scripts that can do most of these things, I believe the
