this is off-topic but I'm sure someone has an answer...
I have a form post that is working successfully but if I go to another page and then
use the back button to a prior page that did the post and hit the refresh button, the
original form fields are posted. this happens even if the frame is not the same
frame. (the reload/refresh is occuring on the default page).
Is there a way to set the form submit values to the original value value or initialize
them some way so that if the reload button is pressed the last entered values are not
submitted?
