Do you have your "Ignore Source Address in Security Check" option CHECKED in
the IMail Admin console | localhost | web messaging panel? If not, check it,
then stop and start web messaging.
AOL uses a dynamic-IP proxy that changes a user's IP number mid-session.
This would be the most likely reason for the problem.
If that's not your problem, then we'll need more info. When you say "AOL
Browser", you're talking about approximately a dozen different versions of
browsers, so we'll need to know which version of AOL and what client
hardware they're on.
