Unfortunately, we have no control over the weird stuff IMail does with some
attachments. There are a MYRIAD of variables at play: the sender's email
client, the encoding method, the file type, the file name (spaces?), the
file extension or lack thereof, the receiver's browser type and version and
platform, etc.

We're not doing anything different from the stock Ipswitch templates
regarding the attachment links or displays, so I can't fix anything. I've
heard of many on the big Ipswitch list complaining about this as well, so I
think that IMail has some bugs regarding this issue.

A couple of things that *may* help: 1) check your MIME types and handler
applications as set in your browser's preferences, and 2) check your WebMail
user preference on whether to show text attachments inline, or as links (try
each way). Other than that, you might ask Ipswitch if they have any clues or
dates for fixes.
