Rod,

Unfortunately, corrupt attachments are an IMail bug; the templates don't
have anything to do with the parsing of email messages and attachments, and
there are known issues with some types of files, with the right (wrong)
combination of encoding method MIME type. It's an extrememly complex issue,
with a myriad of variables at play. You should get all the specifics you can
about the client software, filetype, encoding method, and browser type and
version, make sure its reproduceable, then send all your findings to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to have any hope at getting it resolved.

In the meantime, try to train your users to use WinZip prior to attaching
files, and to not use encoding methods on emails (have their clients set to
plain text with no encoding.
