The "user exists" message is a euphemism. Turn on debugging in the
ezsignup-config file so you'll see a more detailed error, then contact us
off-list at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with it.
With IIS5, make sure you've got the signup site set to Script and Execute
with Low (IIS Process) application priority.
