What version of IMail are you running? You should be on 6.05a with 3 patches
since that. Also, how many users/domains do you have? What's the hardware?
You should *definitely* be serving the KWMimages directory from a real
webserver... that will make a huge difference, as IMail's "web" server
really stinks at serving images, and there are a lot of little icon images
in the new KWM.
