[imail] AOL And the Killer Templates

Don't shoot.  I know this has been discussed already (I think) but I did not
keep the messages.  I have a user on AOL in Florida (we are in PA) who
cannot log onto the web mail through AOL, it keeps kicking back "Bad
Password"  I have checked the account from here and can login just fine.
What did I miss?
