Are other users having a problem? Did you have the same problem prior to
KWMv1.52? I haven't heard this from anyone else, so I suspect a problem with
the client browser. Here is a KB article that addresses the "invalid action"
errors, but if this was the case I'd think it would be reproduceable. Send
me your URL and a test account OFF-LIST.
